Each fairy is 3-foot tall and made from Somerset Willow on a steel frame, with a 150mm spike and triangular anti-rotation anchor. The wings are tri-weave organza pink, welded and sewn onto a galvanised wireframe. The wings are easily removed to allow for the application of willow preservative (a 50/50 methylated spirit/linseed oil solution).
